Ingredients

2 cups Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour

2 Tbsp Snowflake Baking Powder

½ cup cocoa powder

1½ cups granulated sugar

2 eggs

¾ cup Sunflower oil

1 cup milk

1 packet speckled eggs

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170°C and line baking tray.
  • Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Add oil and milk.
  • Fold in Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour, Snowflake Baking Powder, cocoa powder and combine until batter is smooth.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  • Cool and decorate with speckled eggs.
