Ingredients

6 eggs, hard-boiled

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp finely chopped capers

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tsp chopped fresh dill weed

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Method

    Prepare the Eggs:

  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork or press them through a sieve for a smoother texture.
  • Mix the mashed yolks with the mayonnaise, chopped capers, salt, black pepper, chopped dill, dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until fully combined.
  • Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg cavities.
  • Optionally, garnish with additional capers or fresh dill for a burst of flavour and decoration.
