Ingredients

1½ cups Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour

125 g butter, softened

½ cup sugar

½ cup jam

½ icing sugar for dusting

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray.
  • Cream butter and sugar until well combined.
  • Mix in Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour to form dough.
  • Roll the dough into balls, shape bunny ears or use a bunny shape cookie cutter to create the shape, make a thumbprint shape and fill with jam.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes and let cool completely.
  • Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
