Ingredients

2½ cups Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour

2 tsp Snowflake Baking Powder

1¼ cups sugar

4 eggs

¾ cup milk

¾ cup Sunflower oil

Whipped cream and fresh strawberries, to top

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170°C and grease baking tray.
  • Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Add oil and milk.
  • Fold in Snowflake Cake Wheat Flour and Snowflake Baking Powder and combine until batter is smooth.
  • Empty in grease baking tray and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • To assemble, cut the cake into 2 halves and line with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
