2 tbsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Snowflake cake flour (to help thicken and bind glaze)
1 tsp Snowflake cornflour (optional, for extra gloss)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
