Garlic Thyme Mushrooms

Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 18 minutes


Ingredients

For the Mushrooms:

4 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp freshly chopped thyme

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

680g medium black mushrooms, cleaned

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, thyme, and vinegar.
  • Spread mushrooms in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over the mushrooms, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat, then spread mushrooms back into an even layer.
  • Roast for 15-18 minutes, until golden and tender.
