Peppermint Crisp Tart

Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients

For the Peppermint Crisp Tart:

1 packet Tennis biscuits (or coconut tea biscuits)

500 ml fresh cream, whipped

1 tin (397g) Nestlé Caramel Treat (or any caramel/dulce de leche)

1 large Peppermint Crisp chocolate bar, grated or crushed

Method

  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold in the caramel gently until well combined.
  • Layer biscuits in a rectangular dish to cover the base.
  • Spread half the caramel-cream mixture over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle half the crushed Peppermint Crisp over the layer.
  • Repeat layers: biscuits, caramel-cream, and top with remaining chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.

Tips:

  • For extra crunch, add a layer of crushed biscuits on top before serving.
  • Want a twist? Add a drizzle of melted chocolate or a pinch of sea salt.
