Homemade Versatile Wraps

Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients

For the Wraps:

360g (3 cups) Snowflake Cake Flour, sifted

1 tsp Snowflake Baking Powder

1 tsp salt

90ml (6 tbsp) olive oil

240 ml (1 cup) warm water

Method

    For the Wraps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
  • Add the olive oil and warm water, mixing until mostly combined.
  • Lightly flour a flat surface. Transfer the dough onto it and knead for several minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 24 portions. Cover with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  • After an hour, roll out each portion of dough until around 18 cm in diameter. Place a piece of parchment paper between each wrap to prevent sticking.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the first wrap and cook for 1 minute before flipping and cooking for another minute. Once cooked, remove the wrap from the pan and place it in a large, sealable container to keep them soft.
  • Repeat the process until all wraps have been cooked.
  • Fill with your family’s favourite filling!
