This baked flapjack recipe can be served as a dessert or for breakfast with syrup or ice cream.
500g Flapjack EasyMix
500ml Milk
30ml Cooking oil
2 Eggs
5ml Butter
I enjoyed trying this recipe but it took too long to achieve the desired baked texture. The center was still milk tartish moist after many minutes in the oven. Any longer and the top and bottom would be toast. Kids didn't like it much but picked off all the toppings. 😂
