It’s a mixed seed, nuts and cranberry chocolate cake.

Ingredients

1kg Chocolate EasyMix

30g Cranberries

30g Cashew nuts

50g Pumpkin, sesame, chia, sunflower, linseed mixed seeds

2 Cups of milk

150g Margarine

Method

Mix 2 eggs and Melted margarine together with milk in a bowl then add all the ingredients, nuts, mixed seeds and cranberry together in the bowl, until well mixed together place on two small baking trays
Place in a preheated 180 degree celcius oven for 20 min
