Chocolate mint pudding

 



Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 35 - 40 minutes

Serves: Serves 4 - 6

A delicious favourite to enjoy anytime.

Ingredients

500g Snowflake Easymix chocomint muffin

125ml cooking oil

250ml milk or water

2  extra-large eggs

Method

  • Place premix into a mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs, oil and milk together. Add to premix and mix with a spoon or whisk until just combined. Do not over-mix.
  • Spoon mixture into a large, greased ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35 - 40 minutes. Serve warm with custard or whipped cream.
