Chocolate Brownies Kit

 



Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Serves: Makes: 16 chocolate brownies

Moist and chewy chocolate brownies to impress family and friends.

Ingredients

500g Snowflake Chocolate Brownie Mix

2  extra-large eggs

125ml cooking oil

60ml water

1  greaseproof paper

Chocolate fondant icing

1  fondant icing and baking chocolate

20ml water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
  • Beat eggs, oil and water, add the brownie mix and mix until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into a greased plus/minus 20 x 20 cm square tin lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Bake for plus/minus 35 minutes.
  • Turn out onto a cooling rack and remove the greaseproof paper immediately.
  • Cool completely before applying the fondant icing.
  • Chocolate fondant icing: Slowly melt baking chocolate in a bowl over hot water. Add water to fondant icing and mix until smooth. Pour icing mixture over melted chocolate and stir until mixed. Quickly pour the hot chocolate mixture over the brownies.
