Chocolate muffins

 



Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: Makes 12 regular muffins

Make moist, flop-proof chocolate muffins that come out perfectly every time.

Ingredients

500g Snowflake Easymix Chocolate Muffin Mix

2  extra-large eggs

160ml cooking oil

200ml water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Place Easymix in a mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs, oil and water and add to Easymix. Mix with a spoon until just combined. Do not over mix
  • Spoon equal quantities of the mixture into well-greased muffin pans, two-thirds full.
  • Bake for more or less 20 minutes



Doesn't last long in our home!😂

To be honest most Snowflake baked goods don't last in my home. A tray of muffins as delicious as this last for less than 30 minutes ! A cake... 48 hours and poof! It's gone. 😂 My three year old opens the fridge a zillion times when there's a Snowflake bake in there.
