Creations Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Double the decadent, delicious chocolate flavour, double the crunchy cookie goodness! Sweet, rich and moreish.
Ingredients
For the cookies
300g 300 g Snowflake Creations Saucy Chocolate Pudding Mix
125ml butter/baking margarine, softened
30ml milk
125ml desiccated coconut (optional)
For the filling
150g chocolate sauce mix
80ml milk
60g chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Line baking tray with greaseproof paper
- Mix softened butter and milk, add to saucy chocolate pudding mix and blend
- Add desiccated coconut if desired and mix, then roll into small balls (3 cm in diameter) using hands
- Press with a fork
- Bake for 8–10 minutes
- ... then make the filling
- Add chocolate sauce mix and milk to a pot and bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
- Add chocolate chips to sauce mixture, melt to combine
- Dip bottom of cookies into the chocolate mix and stick 2 cookies together
