Serves: 24 biscuits

Tasty and moreish, our ginger biscuits have the perfect combination of sweetness, spice and crunch.

Ingredients

300g Snowflake Creations Malva Pudding Mix

100g butter/baking margarine, softened

2level teaspoon ground ginger

15ml golden syrup

1  brown sugar mix

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Add pudding mix, softened butter/baking margarine, ground ginger and golden syrup to a bowl, then mix with a wooden spoon until it forms a stiff ball
  • Cover and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
  • Divide into equal balls (3 cm diameter) and place onto a greased baking sheet
  • Press down with a spoon to flatten balls and sprinkle the brown sugar mix on top
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown
