Ingredients

1 extra large egg

100g butter or baking margarine, softened

160ml buttermilk

500g Snowflake Creations Vanilla Flavoured Cake Mix

1cup muesli (of your choice)

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C
Whisk egg, butter/baking margarine and buttermilk, then add cake mix and muesli. Mix by hand until well combined
Pour batter into two greased 10 x 20 cm loaf tins
Bake for about 30 minutes and cool completely, then slice into fingers
Turn the oven down to 100°C and dry in the oven for 8 hours
