Creations Rainbow Flapjacks

Cook Time: 2 minutes per flapjack
Serves: 40 flapjacks
Our rainbow flapjacks are deliciously sweet, and so easy for the whole family to make and enjoy together.
Ingredients
3 extra large eggs
60ml cooking oil
80ml milk
540g Snowflake Creations Rainbow Cake Mix
4 colour mixes
1 Golden syrup or honey
Method
- Beat eggs, oil and milk with a whisk until a light creamy colour, then add cake mix and mix by hand
- Divide batter into 4 separate bowls
- Add a different colour mix to each batter and mix each well with a whisk, rinsing the whisk well between colours
- Heat a pan to medium heat, add oil and rotate the pan to cover the entire base with oil
- Add spoonfuls of different colour batters, one colour per flapjack, into the pan and fry for about 2 minutes. Flip when you notice air bubbles on the surface pop
- Repeat until batters are finished
- Drizzle honey or golden syrup onto the flapjacks
