Tasty and moreish, our ginger biscuits have the perfect combination of sweetness, spice and crunch.

Ingredients

300g Snowflake Creations Malva Pudding Mix

100g plant butter, softened

2level teaspoon ground ginger

15ml golden syrup

1  brown sugar mix

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Add Snowflake Creations Malva Pudding Mix, softened plant butter, ground ginger and golden syrup into a bowl, then mix with a wooden spoon until it forms a stiff dough
  • Cover and rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
  • Divide into equal balls (3 cm diameter) and place onto a greased baking sheet
  • Press down with a spoon to flatten balls and sprinkle the brown sugar mix on top
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown
