Decadent, perfectly rich and moist chocolate sponge pudding with delicious chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

For the pudding

50g plant butter

200ml almond milk / coconut milk / soya milk

300g Snowflake Creations Saucy Chocolate Pudding Mix

1  chocolate chips sachet

For the vegan chocolate sauce

150g chocolate sauce mix

400ml boiling almond milk / coconut milk / soya milk

Method

  • First make the pudding…
  • Preheat the oven to 180C
  • Melt plant butter, add almond milk (or coconut milk / soya milk) and blend with the pudding mix
  • Add chocolate chips and combine
  • Pour batter into a greased 20 x 20 cm ovenproof dish
  • … then make the sauce
  • Evenly sprinkle sauce mix over the batter
  • Evenly pour boiling almond (or coconut / soya milk) over the top
  • Bake for about 35 minutes
