Ingredients
500g Snowflake Easymix 5-in-1 Sweet Mix
310ml Lukewarm Water
1 pot Cooking Oil for frying
Method
- Mix Sweet Mix and water together in a mixing bowl until a firm dough is formed
- Divide into 16 equal pieces and rest for 10 minutes
- Heat enough oil in a pot for deep frying
- Fry until fully cooked and golden brown

I have tried many recipes, I've tried many versions of how to make vetkoek, but always a flop. After following this recipe I made THE BEST vetkoek ever, little crispy outside and deliciously soft and fluffy inside. Everyone agreed it was the best!
