125g butter or margarine, melted
15ml white vinegar
500ml water
10ml vanilla essence
750ml (420 g) Snowflake self-raising flour
5ml bicarbonate of soda
5ml salt
80ml (35 g) cocoa powder
375ml (300 g) sugar
Chocolate icing
60g butter or margarine
30ml milk
2ml vanilla essence
375ml (200 g) icing sugar
20ml cocoa powder
