Pancakes

 



Preparation Time: 35 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: Makes 30

Doused in syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon, who doesn’t love fresh warm pancakes?

Ingredients

2  extra-large eggs

1l water

30ml cooking oil

500g Snowflake Classic Pancake Mix

30ml cooking oil for frying

Method

  • Place Easymix into a mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs, oil and water.
  • Add to Easymix and mix with a whisk until batter is smooth with no lumps. Batter should be thin and runny. Add more water if consistency is not thin enough.
  • Let batter stand for 30 mins before use. Batter can stand overnight.
  • Lightly oil and heat a frying pan.
  • Pour sufficient batter to cover the base thinly.
  • Fry each pancake until the edges come away from the side of the pan and the bottom is golden brown.
  • Turn the pancake over and fry the other side.
