Simple, delicious and filling - these are a classic South African between-meal treat.

Ingredients

1kg Snowflake Queen Cakes Flour Mix

4  extra-large eggs

250ml (1 cup) cooking oil

500ml (2 cups) milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Lightly beat eggs, oil and milk.
  • Add Queen Cakes Flour Mix and mix with a spoon until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Spoon equal quantities of the mixture into a well-greased muffin pan.
  • Bake for plus/minus 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
