Serves: Makes: 9 pudding portions

The perfect indulgent dessert for chocolate lovers, with chocolate chips for an extra chocolate kick. Best served with Snowflake Custard, ice-cream or cream.

Ingredients

300g Snowflake Saucy Chocolate Pudding Mix and chocolate chips

50g butter or baking margarine

200ml milk

Chocolate sauce

150g chocolate sauce mix

400ml milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius.
  • Melt butter, add milk and mix with the pudding mix.
  • Add chocolate chips and combine.
  • Pour batter into a greased 20 x 20 cm ovenproof dish.
  • Chocolate sauce: Evenly sprinkle sauce mix over pudding batter. Pour boiling water over evenly.
  • Bake for +/- 35 minutes.


Absolutely delicious!

So simple, quick and tasty! Only recommendation is to use a deep dish or pot when baking.
