Vegetable Fritters

These delicious fritters are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quick to make so moreish - why not whip up a batch today?

Ingredients

500g Snowflake Easymix 5-in-1 Savoury Mix

500ml Raw, Grated Vegetables (such as potatoes and carrots)

500ml Fried ingredients (such as bacon, peppers, mushrooms and onions)

2  Extra-large Eggs

375ml Milk

1ml pan Cooking Oil for frying

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except the oil together in a mixing bowl (mixture needs to be spoonable)
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture in heated oil and shallow fry, turning to fry on both sides
  • Remove from oil to kitchen towel to absorb excess oil
